• if your service has been activated, you may request a refund within 30 days of activation;
• refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your request.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your service at any time by calling our customer service department;
• there is no cancellation fee for service that has not yet been activated;
• If your service has been activated, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
